Ingredients
32 oz Corn, plain, frozen
7 oz canned green chili peppers , drained (1 can)
0.5 cup fat free milk
8 oz fat free cream cheese , cut into pieces
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
0.5 tsp paprika


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2 In a 2-quart baking dish, mix the corn and green chilies.
3 In a small microwave-safe dish, heat the milk and cream cheese in the microwave until the cream cheese is melted, about 30 seconds; blend with fork.
4 Stir into the corn, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the paprika.
5 Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly .
