Ingredients
1 medium carrots , diced
0.33 cup fresh chopped red onion
0.5 cup medium green bell peppers (or red bell pepper)
2 fresh green onions , diced
3 cup fresh red cabbage, chopped , thinly sliced (or white)
0.33 cup Apples, fresh, chopped , unpeeled, diced
0.33 cup seedless raisins
0.25 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1.5 tsp honey


Directions
1 In a large serving bowl, mix the carrots, red onion, pepper, green onion, cabbage, apples, and raisins.
2 In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and honey and pour over cabbage, toss to mix well.
Additional Information
If you like curry add 1 teaspoon to the dressing for added kick.
