Servings
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk , cold
3 oz instant vanilla pudding, serving , and / or pie filling
1 tbsp instant coffee , or espresso powder (not crystals)
8 oz frozen whipped topping , thawed
2 tbsp coffee liqueur , substitute strong coffee if desired
1 ready-to-use graham pie crust , 9in, chocolate preferred


Directions
1 In medium bowl combine cold milk, pudding mix and coffee powder. Beat 2 minutes with wire whisk.
2 Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping and Kahlua or cold, brewed coffee. Spoon into crust.
3 Cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm.
4 Place pie in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to soften before serving .
5 Top with remaining whipped topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
