A blend of tahini, ricotta cheese, and lemon juice makes a great dressing for lamb, fish or salad.

Servings

0.33 cup low sodium vegetable broth
0.33 cup Cheese, ricotta, whole milk
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
0.25 cup coriander, leaves, fresh , chopped

1 In food processor or blender, add all ingredients except coriander. Process until smooth.
2 Stir in coriander, serve.
