1 Defrost spinach, break it up, and place in a bowl. 2 Add boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes before draining and setting aside. 3 Put broth, dry milk, flour, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan and stir until smooth. 4 Cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened. 5 Stir in spinach and peanuts and serve hot!
