1 Beat cream cheese until light. Add dressing mix and beat until blended. 2 Gently add onions, red peppers, and olives. 3 Spread mixture on the tortillas. Roll up tightly and wrap in wax paper, twisting ends. Chill at least 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch slices and serve.
Additional Information
A nice make-ahead appetizer. Try it with bananas or any other sliced-fruit.
