1 Combine garbanzo beans, 1/4 cup reserved liquid, cream cheese, lemon juice, green onions, 1 teaspoon horseradish, and salt in a food processor or blender and pulse until creamy. 2 Season to taste with additional horseradish and salt. Cover and chill. Serve at room temperature.
Additional Information
Use as a dip for vegetables, crackers, or pita chips. It also works great as a substitute for mayonnaise on a sandwich.
