4 oz low fat cream cheese , well-drained
0.33 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated (up to 1/2 cup)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice (up to 2 tsp)
2 tsp fresh lemon peel , finely grated
1 tsp vanilla extract


Directions
1 Using a mixer, beat all ingredients together until you have a smooth consistency. Refrigerate.
2 Non-Dairy Variation: Substitute light pareve (non-dairy) cream cheese and proceed as above Nutritional values will go up a bit.
