Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with the cooking spray.
2 Mix together the cornmeal, flours, and baking powder in a bowl.
3 In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, and oil. Add to the cornmeal mixture.
4 Mix in the cranberries and nuts.
5 Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
