Ingredients
1 lb cooked crab
0.25 cup plain yogurt, whole milk
0.25 cup mayonnaise
1 oz canned pimientos, sliced , chopped (1 to 2 tablespoons)
1 tsp capers
0.12 tsp ground cayenne (red pepper)
4 piece fresh romaine leaves
1 pinch paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley


Directions
1 In medium bowl, place crab meat. Remove any shells.
2 In small, separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, pimiento, capers, and cayenne.
3 Transfer dressing to bowl with crab meat. Toss to mix.
4 Place lettuce onto 4 plates. Spoon crab meat onto each lettuce leaf.
5 Sprinkle with the paprika and garnish with parsley sprigs.
