Ingredients
1 tbsp Margarine, 80% fat
8 fresh mushrooms (med) , diced
1 tbsp chopped green bell peppers , diced
0.5 cup bread crumbs
2 Pimientos, canned, whole , diced
0.5 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp Mustard, deli
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp white pepper
1 lb Crab, blue, steamed, flaked pieces , flaked and shell pieces removed


Directions
1 In a small skillet, melt the margarine and sauté the mushrooms and bell pepper for 4 minutes.
2 Remove the vegetables and place into a medium bowl.
3 Turn the heat off under the skillet and mix the breadcrumbs with the margarine. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
4 In the bowl, add the pimiento, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and crabmeat.
5 Divide the mixture into 6 separate ramekins. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown
