Ingredients
4 oz cooked crab , drained and shell pieces removed
2 Melon, cantaloupe, fresh, small, 4 1/4" , cut in half and seeded
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
0.5 cup pomegranate seeds


Directions
1 Arrange 1 ounce of crab meat in the center hole of each cantaloupe.
2 Drizzle lime juice equally over crab meat and cantaloupe.
3 Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds on each cantaloupe. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Additional Information
For a variation, peel and slice the cantaloupe and serve alongside the crabmeat. Try using raw tuna also.
