Directions
1 Preheat the broiler.
2 Mix the crab meat, the chopped artichokes, egg white, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan cheese.
3 Separate the English muffins into halves and place them on a baking pan. Smear the crab mixture evenly onto each half and put the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
4 Put the pan in the freezer for 10 approximately minutes.
5 Put the pan under the broiler for about 6 to 7 minutes, or until the top of the muffins are slightly brown and bubbly.
6 Cut each muffin into 4 pieces and serve.
Additional Information
Spice it up with extra horseradish.
