Ingredients
4.2 oz cooked crab , well drained
0.25 cup fresh chopped green onion , sliced
0.25 tsp crushed garlic
3 tbsp fresh dill weed (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup fresh chopped celery
0.25 cup chopped red bell peppers
2 tbsp lowfat plain yogurt
0.25 cup light mayonnaise
8 medium celery stalks , cut into 2 inch pieces
1 pinch paprika , for garnish


Directions
1 Place all of the ingredients, except for the celery stalks, in a food processor or blender, do not puree instead turn on and off to combine but leave chunky.
2 Evenly stuff each celery stalk with mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
Additional Information
Imitation crab can also be used, which is often less expensive.
