Ingredients
0.5 chopped green bell peppers , chopped
1 yellow onion , chopped
3 tbsp butter
12 oz imitation crabmeat
1 cup mayonnaise


Directions
1 In a medium skillet, saute the green pepper and onion in the butter for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
2 Stir in imitation crabmeat, and saute for another 3 minutes.
3 Remove from heat, and put mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise.
Additional Information
May be served warm or cold.
