1 Cut the tops off of the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Refrigerate.
2 Mix together the crab, yogurt, onion, tarragon, pepper, and parsley.
3 Drain any juice from the tomatoes. Fill the tomatoes with the crab mixture.
Additional Information
You can add more cayenne pepper if you desire.
