1 In a medium bowl of boiling water, dissolve the gelatin. Once mixed, stir in the cold water and chill the mixture in a refrigerator until it is the consistency of an unbeaten egg white. 2 Fold the mayonnaise into the gelatin and then add the pineapple and the cottage cheese. 3 Pour the gelatin mixture into a 6 cup mold coated with cooking spray. 4 Chill the gelatin mixture until firm.
Additional Information
The gelatin is served great on lettuce leaves for garnish.
