Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2 Combine corn and baking mix. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead no more than 8 to 10 minutes using more flour as needed.
3 Pat into a 10 x 6 inch rectangle pan. Cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 10 strips.
4 Carefully place bread on a sprayed baking pan, about 1 inch apart. Brush with margarine and sprinkle with cheese.
5 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
