1 Puree papaya, lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon allspice and 1/2 cup orange juice in blender or food processor. 2 Add honey, buttermilk, remaining orange juice and ice cubes and mix until smooth, approximately 30 seconds in blender or 1 minute in food processor. 3 Poor mixture into glasses. Top with remaining allspice and garnish with lemon slices.
