Ingredients
1 Papaya, fresh , peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp ground allspice
0.75 cup orange juice
2 tsp light honey
1 cup Buttermilk, cultured, reduced fat
8 oz ice cubes (about 4 cubes)
1 medium lemons , cut into 4 wedges for garnish


Directions
1 Puree papaya, lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon allspice and 1/2 cup orange juice in blender or food processor.
2 Add honey, buttermilk, remaining orange juice and ice cubes and mix until smooth, approximately 30 seconds in blender or 1 minute in food processor.
3 Poor mixture into glasses. Top with remaining allspice and garnish with lemon slices.
Additional Information
This refreshing shake is rich in the antioxidant beta carotene.
