Ingredients
0.5 medium head cabbage , shredded
0.5 medium head red cabbage , shredded
1 medium red bell peppers , thinly sliced
1 large yellow bell pepppers , thinly sliced
1 red onion , thinly sliced
2 medium carrots , shredded
0.5 cup fresh cilantro
0.5 cup light olive oil
0.33 cup apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
0.5 tsp ground cumin
2 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce , or to taste
1 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Use food processor with slicing blade to prepare cabbages, peppers and onions. Use shredding blade to prepare carrots. All ingredients can be prepared by hand.
2 In large bowl, toss green cabbage, red cabbage, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, carrots, and cilantro.
3 In small bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, cumin, garlic, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper.
4 Toss dressing with vegetable slaw until evenly coated.
5 Let stand 30 to 60 minutes before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving, if necessary.
