1 In large stock pot, boil 4 quarts of water. 2 Place half collard greens in pot. Cook 4 minutes. 3 With slotted spoon, remove greens and place on paper towels to drain. 4 Cook remaining greens following steps 2 & 3. 5 In large pot, heat oil over medium. 6 Add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes. 7 Mix in collard greens and salt. Cook 3 minutes. Serve.
