Directions

1 In blender, purée peaches. Add Splenda® and lemon. Blend to mix. Add additional sweetner or lemon juice to taste.
2 Press purée through strainer with rubber spatula. Discard pulp.
3 Ladle soup into 8 bowls. Place dollop of frozen yogurt in each bowl. Garnish with lemon zest. Serve immediately.
