Ingredients
1 lb fresh broccoli florets , fresh, rinsed
3 large garlic cloves , fresh, minced
0.5 medium lemons , fresh
2 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt (optional)


Directions
1 Place rinsed broccoli in a steam basket and steam in pot with 1 inch of water for 3 minutes.
2 Remove immediately from heat and set in serving bowl.
3 In a separate bowl, mix garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then pour on broccoli.
4 Toss lightly and serve chilled or at room temperature.
