1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Crack eggs into blender and process.
3 Add evaporated milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and orange juice concentrate. 4 Spoon into 4 custard cups. Place cups into glass baking dish and fill with 1" of water. 5 Bake 45 minutes.
6 Refrigerate until chilled. 7 Use a knife to loosen then invert onto serving plates. 8 Sprinkle with orange zest and cinnamon. Serve.
