Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Drain the mushrooms and chop into small pieces before placing in a small saucepan.
3 Add margarine, flour, and seasonings to mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until light brown, stirring frequently.
4 Add broth to the mushrooms and continue cooking until mixture is smooth and thickened, stirring frequently.
5 Place fish in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and cover with the sauce.
6 Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
Additional Information
Serve one fillet and a quarter of the sauce per serving.
