1 Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes. 2 Add red pepper and saute for another 3 minutes. 3 Add the rest of the ingredients to the mix (except for the seafood) and let simmer for 20 minutes. 4 Add the cod and shrimp and cover for 5 minutes. Simmer until fish is thoroughly cooked. 5 Serve immediately.
