1 In a large mixing bowl, fold together pudding, whipped topping, vanilla and coconut milk. 2 Place mixture into a pie shell. 3 Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour. 4 Allow to rest for 30 minutes. 5 Garnish with shredded coconut and serve.
