Directions

1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2 Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
3 Add pudding, coconut milk, and pineapple to eggs.
4 Pour mixture into pre-made crust.
5 Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the pie turns golden brown on top.
6 Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
7 Garnish with pineapple, shredded coconut, and a dab of pudding if desired.
