Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Grease 10 cups of a muffin tin and set aside.
3 In a mixing bowl, blend cereal with milk. Stir in egg whites and margarine. Add and blend in flour, cocoa, SPLENDA Granular, and baking soda.
4 Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each one about ½ full.
5 Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or a toothpick inserted into the crown of a muffin comes out clean.
6 Cool in the pans for about 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
