1.75 cup white all purpose flour
0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
0.25 tsp salt
8 tbsp margarine , softened
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg whites , beaten

Cocoa Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp fat free milk


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Mix together flour, brown sugar, and salt. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in margarine until coarse crumbs are formed.
3 Stir in two egg whites and vanilla making a soft dough.
4 Spread dough into the bottom of a cooking spray coated baking sheet, 15 x 10 inches wide. Coat dough with 1 beaten egg white.
5 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
6 Combine powdered sugar, cocoa, and enough milk to form a glaze consistency.
7 Spoon glaze over crisps and slice into squares.
