Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2 Massage garlic over bread slices. Finely chop the garlic and set aside.
3 Slice bread into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes. Bake on a baking sheet 5 minutes or until bread is crusty.
4 Put lettuce in a salad bowl.
5 Whisk together lemon juice, saved garlic, egg product, oil, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, mustard, and red pepper sauce.
6 Drizzle dressing over lettuce and toss with pepper and croutons.
Additional Information
Anchovies can be added to make this even more classic of a salad. Prepare this tableside for a great presentation.
