1 Begin by coating a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish with cooking spray and then place the blueberries in the bottom. Sprinkle with lemon juice. 2 Combine the egg, flour, and sugar substitute. Stir the mixture until it resembles coarse meal and then sprinkle it over the blueberries. 3 Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and then drizzle the melted margarine over the top. 4 Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
