Ingredients
2 lb fresh spinach leaves
8 oz mandarin oranges, canned, with juice, drained
8 oz sliced water chestnuts , drained
1 Onion, red, fresh, small, whole , sliced and separated into rings
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste


Directions
1 Clean spinach leaves and tear into bite sized pieces.
2 In a large bowl, toss together spinach, oranges, water chestnuts and onion rings. Cover and chill, if made ahead.
3 In a medium bowl whisk together oil, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
4 Just before serving toss salad with dressing.
