Ingredients
1 cooking spray
3.5 cup reduced fat baking mix (Bisquick recommended)
1.5 cup orange juice
0.5 cup packed brown sugar
0.67 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup egg whites (cup)
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp ground cinnamon , divided


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray an 11x17-inch jelly-roll pan with non-fat cooking spray and set aside.
2 In a medium-sized bowl, mix all ingredients, except 2/3 cup brown sugar and one teaspoon ground cinnamon, until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.
3 Mix remaining 2/3 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon together and sprinkle over cake.
4 Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
