Ingredients
4 whole loin lean pork chops , 3/4-inch thick
0.5 tsp vegetable oil
0.25 cup fresh chopped green onion , sliced
1 tbsp grated orange peel
0.25 cup orange juice
0.25 tsp dried basil


Directions
1 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add pork chops and brown on one side over medium heat.
2 Turn chops and add onion, grated orange peel, orange juice, and basil.
3 Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
