Ingredients
1.5 lb fresh cod fillets
1 cooking spray
1.5 cup fat free milk
1 medium onions , chopped
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 pinch salt (to taste)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Rinse cod filets and pat them dry. Lay the fish in a single layer in cooking spray coated baking dish.
3 Mix together milk, onion, lemon pepper, parsley, and salt; pour over fish filets.
4 Drizzle lemon juice over the filets.
5 Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until fish is firm and can be flaked with a fork.
Additional Information
To spice up this recipe, add a few dashes of Tabasco sauce.
