1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray and set aside. 2 In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat egg substitute, powdered sugar and vanilla until thick. 3 Gradually blend in cinnamon, cloves and flour and stir until well blended. 4 Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Place three cinnamon candies on each cookie. 5 Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
