Ingredients
1.5 cup fresh cilantro
0.5 cup chopped parsley
1 medium garlic cloves
0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1.5 oz pine nuts , 3 tablespoons (or walnuts)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Using a food processor or blender, puree cilantro, parsley, garlic, cheese, and pine nuts until finely chopped.
2 With motor running, drizzle oil and lemon juice into mixture and blend until fully combined.
3 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Additional Information
Do not use dried cilantro in this; if fresh cilantro is not available use fresh tarragon or oregano.
