Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp fresh cilantro , minced
1 tbsp fresh chives
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 pinch salt


Directions
1 In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, cilantro, scallions or chives, and lime juice. Add salt to taste.
2 Set aside for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Additional Information
Stored refrigerated in a covered container, this dressing will keep for 3 or 4 days.This simple dressing is a good substitute when sour cream is called for in Mexican dish.
