Servings
Ingredients
8 oz low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp lowfat milk (up to 2 tbsp)
0.5 cup Cranberries, dried , chopped
0.25 cup Nuts, almonds, blanched, whole
0.5 tsp grated orange peel (preferably fresh)

Directions
1 Place cheese in a medium bowl and allow to soften at room temperature. Mash and work with a fork until texture is light enough to combine easily with other ingredients. Gradually add just enough milk so cheese becomes soft and easy to spread.
2 Mix in remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate up to 2 days ahead or let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving, to allow flavors to blend and mellow.
3 Spread about 1-1/2 cups, or 1 tablespoon on each slice of bread.
