Servings
Ingredients
1 cup margarine ( 2 sticks)
0.25 cup sugar
0.75 cup brown sugar substitute, granulated (such as Sugar Twin brown sugar replacement)
3 egg whites , bring to room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 cup white all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 cup cold water , room temperature
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips , mini chips (equal to 1/2 bag)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Mix margarine, sugar, and sugar substitute at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg whites and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy.
3 Gradually mix in combined baking soda, flour, and salt. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix until smooth.
4 Add chocolate chips and mix lightly.
5 By 1 tablespoonful drop the dough onto the cookie sheet after they have been sprayed with cooking oil.
6 Press down on the dough with your fingers to form a circle about 2 inches across.
7 Bake for about 12 minutes.
8 Remove cookies from the hot cookie sheet and let cool to room temperature on a wire rack.
