Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated (any sugar substitute equal to 1 1/2 cups of sugar)
1 pinch salt
1 cup cold water , hot
2 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 oz Drink, protein, soy, chocolate, powdered, scoop , 1 tablespoon


Directions
1 In a medium saucepan, stir together cocoa, sugar substitute, sweetener and salt.
2 Gradually add water, stirring to keep the mixture smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until mixture boils.
3 Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes.
4 Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and soy protein powder.
5 Pour into heatproof container. Cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate.
Additional Information
Can be used as a topping, a dip or just for added flavor.
