Ingredients
1 cooking spray
2 cup white all purpose flour
0.5 cup sugar
0.5 cup brown sugar
0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup vegetable oil
0.5 cup liquid egg substitute (or egg whites)
2 tbsp cold water
2 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 cup chopped walnuts
0.25 cup seedless raisins


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat two cookie sheets with cooking spray and set aside.
2 Mix flour, sugars, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and mix at a low speed.
3 Add egg whites, water, oil, and vanilla at a medium speed until mixed well.
4 Add raisins and nuts by the 1 1/2 tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 -12 minutes.
5 Remove cookies to cool at room temperature.
