0.25 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp cornstarch
1.5 cup whole milk
0.33 cup sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.12 tsp ground cinnamon
4 rainbow sprinkles , assorted (optional)


Directions
1 In medium-sized bowl or 1-quart glass measure mix together cocoa powder and cornstarch. Slowly add milk and stir with a wire whisk until blended well.
2 Place the mixture in the microwave at high for 2 minutes. Stir.
3 Put mixture back into the microwave at medium-high (70% power) for 3 ½ to 4 ½ minutes or until thickened, make sure to stir every 1 ½ minutes.
4 Add sugar substitute, vanilla, and cinnamon and stir occasionally.
5 Let settle for 5 minutes and then serve (can serve either warm or chilled).
6 If desired, top pudding with candies.
