Directions
1 Mix together the dry pudding mixes and dry milk powder.
2 Then, using a wire whisk, mix in the water and mint extract.
3 Blend in 1/2 a cup whipped topping and spread the mixture into the piecrust.
4 Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into 8 servings and topping each with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
