0.25 cup sugar
2 tbsp margarine
20 Cracker, graham, chocolate , makes 1 1/4 cup of crumbs
1 cooking spray
4 cup vanilla frozen yogurt, no sugar added , softened
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp sugar free, fat free chocolate syrup
0.5 cup fresh raspberries (optional)


Directions
1 NOTE: This recipe requires at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
2 Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove yogurt from freezer to soften.
3 In food processor fitted with steel blade, blend sugar and margarine. Add graham crackers, and pulse until crackers turn to crumbs.
4 Coat 9" pie plate with cooking spray.
5 Firmly press crumb mixture evenly into bottom and up sides of pie plate.
6 Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool completely.
7 Spoon softened yogurt into prepared crust, and sprinkle with walnuts. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cover and freeze at least 2 hours. Garnish with raspberries, if desired.
Additional Information
Approximately 20 chocolate graham cracker squares equals 1-1/4 cups of crumbs.
