Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2 Mix together the sugar and margarine until they are fluffy and light. Add in vanilla and sugar to the margarine mixture. Beat for 30 seconds at medium speed.
3 In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, and salt. Add to the margarine mixture and mix it together at a low speed for one minute.
4 Add raisins and nuts to the dough and mix together lightly.
5 Using a tablespoon of dough, shape the mixture into balls.
6 Place the balls on the prepared sheet and baked until balls are slightly firm.
7 Sprinkle the balls with remaining pinch of sweetener and let chill to room temperature and serve.
