Ingredients
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsp cornstarch
0.33 cup Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
0.12 tsp salt
1.5 cup cold water
1 tbsp margarine
2 tsp vanilla extract
10 g Equal packets (10 packets)


Directions
1 In a small saucepan, mix cocoa, cornstarch, dry milk, and salt together. Stir water in until smooth.
2 Add the margarine and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
3 Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4 Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sweetener.
5 Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
Additional Information
Bring to room temperature before serving.
