Directions
1 Mix together the dry pudding mixes and dry milk powder and then, using a wire whisk, mix in the water.
2 Spread the pudding mixture into the piecrust and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3 Mix together the Cool Whip Free and chocolate syrup. Then spread the mixture over the refrigerated filling.
4 Evenly spread the chocolate chips over the top and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5 Cut into 8 separate servings and serve.
