Directions
1 Pour oil in saucepan and bring to frying temperature.
2 Add onions, celery, and mushrooms to saucepan and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook over low heat for about 8 minutes.
4 Mix together 3/4 cup water, cornstarch, and soy sauce until smooth.
5 Then add to saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened and clear, stirring occasionally.
6 Mix in sprouts and nuts before heating to serving temperature.
